I am SC and my wife is SPR had a fully paid BTO hdb. Fulfilled MOP, I intend to purchase a pte ppty only with my single name. I will pay 7% ABSD. When me and my wife move into the new pte ppty, can we rent out the whole hdb flat? Do I need to sell off my hdb on compulsory basis?

My intention is to own both properties. Stay condo rent hdb...possible?
