Noted your requirements for a 3/4 bedroom condo near Orchard/Botanic Garden. 4 in the family and 2 dogs with a S$15,000 budget.

May I ask a few questions.

1) Any specific date in February? The reason I ask is to ascertain whether your arrival does coincide with the festive holidays. During this period, viewing may be limited.
2) How long is the lease, 2 years?
3) Is this a Corporate or individual lease?
4) Partial or fully furnished?
5) What is your nationality & occupation as most Landlords would like to know?
6) What breeds of dogs are your pet?
7) Do you have a helper?
8) How do you plan to view the properties?

Based on your budget, you will have plenty of choice as most condo allows medium size dogs. You may want to consider landed property as well and there are many landed near botanic garden within your budget.
