I am purchasing a resale flat soon, I have agreed with the seller that i give them a 3 months extension. I have learnt that HDB would not interfere in this matter. I wanted to draft a agreement with the seller on this 3 months extension, does any one have any templates? Also what are the things that i should take note off.
