I am PR staying in bishan HDB and planning to buy a condo. what is the levy, stamp duty and any other expenses that i will need to incur to buy a condo. i own the HDB.

Morning,

For purchase of condo, you are liable for 3% ABSD, being purchase of second property by PR, stamp fee would be dependent on your purchase price, standard legal fee should not exceed $2800, the cash and CPF downpayment (depending on how much loan you can get).
