I am Pr having hdb 3 room flat. I would like to upgrade to 4 room hdb. I also have property at my home country. Am I eligible to buy. Please provide the information

Morning Anil,

Under current HDB ruling, you will be required to sell of your private property, 6 months from the completion of the upgrade.
HDB will not stop you from the upgrading, however, you are not able to retain the private property.
