Single PR are not eligible for the purchase of HDB resale unit. You need to form a family with either another PR of more than 3 years or another SC, so as to be eligible for the purchase.

Here are the key points for PRs buying resale HDB flats:

You must be at least 21 years old.

As a single PR, you can buy under the Singles Scheme if you meet conditions like forming a family nucleus with parents (who must be Singapore Citizens or PRs) or single orphan siblings.

You and any essential occupiers must have held PR status for at least three years.

You must not own any private residential property locally or overseas, or if you do, it must have been disposed of at least 30 months before applying.

The flat purchase must comply with ethnic integration and PR quota rules.
