I am pr and planning to buy HDB resale flat, is it possible to withdraw all my OA from CPF to pay the initail 10% of my purchase flat.

Morning Micca,

For PR, you can only purchase HDB unit with Bank loan. Hence, if you get 80% loan, it's 5% cash and 15% CPF / CPF + Cash / Cash. 10% downpayment is only for SC who are eligible for HDB loan.
