I am planning to buy a HDB under the singles scheme as I will br turning 35 soon. My gf happens to own an EC with family. What happens when we get married? Do I need to sell my hdb?

Hi,
This shall dependent on the timing.
1) Your HDB met MOP, your gf can own private and registered as occupier in your flat.
2) Your HDB has not meet MOP. Your gf has to release her ownership in her EC, and list as owner in your flat.
