I am planning to buy a HDB or condo flat near the green line or circle line mrt. The current flat that we stay is still within the MOP until Jan 15. Please advise if it is a good time now to open house for selling and to start viewing the flat in the location that we desire?

Evening,

Since your MOP is in Jan 2015, it's way too early to hunt for unit or start marketing your unit. And given the seasonal low after X-mas and before CNY, it would be good to start marketing after CNY.

Good evening,

As your MOP date is still quite some time away, it will be better to start marketing closer to the date. Do take note that the date will somehow coincides with festival period and in addition with slow moving resale market, the sale might take slightly longer.
