I am planning to buy a 2+1 unit in "THE INFINITY" Condominium for 930k..Is it value for money? Any future developments expected near by?
If i am going to rent out this unit..how soon can i attract a tenant?

Hi Bhedhanthika,

I believe at 930k for a 2+1 unit which i guess stands at about 915 sqft is a good buy. Rental yield for the unit would be in the region of 3.2%-3.8%. Please fell free to contact me for any further discussion.
