I am now living with my mum and grandma. I would like to upgrade to a 4 room flat. Current flat had been paid off. Can I upgrade and pay the balance by CPF?

Are you the co-owner of the current unit? If you are the co-owner, have you fulfilled the MOP requirement? Or are you single above the age of 35, looking to upgrade with single scheme?

It is totally possible. However, it will depends on your avail CPF and your sales proceeds and timing to sell and buy your next house.
