Hi,

You can put yourself as the main applicant, while your husband and son are the essential occupiers. This will mean you are legally the sole owner. However you will not be able to use your husband's CPF OA and his income for the loan amount application.

This means that he will not have any financial contribution to the repayment of the HDB, even with CPF.
