Good morning seller,

you will pay commission to your representative while buyers will pay to their representative if there's any.

A real estate salesperson cannot dual represent (cannot collect commission from both sellers and buyers).

Good morning

As you are the seller, you will be appointing an agent to represent you as the seller for the HDB sale. Thus you will be paying agent commission to the seller agent in the event of a successful sale. The buyer will be paying his or her buyer agent who will represent him or her.

You only need to pay the agent you appointed to help you with the sale.

A real estate salesperson cannot dual represent (cannot collect commission from both sellers and buyers).

Here is the process of selling your HDB after completing the 5 years Minimum Occupation Period (MOP):
