I am looking to rent a coffee shop. budget 50K/mth. Need at least 3000 sqft and above. Prefer to be in heartlands where there is a steady flow of crowd. At least 8 stalls. Looking at 3yrs lease and ready move in with equipments and existing tenants. Do i need to pay commission or agent will get from owner?
