I am looking to purchase a 2/3 bedroom private flat along the periphery of the city, preferably on the eastern side.
Things i'm looking for:
1) Not new units as I would like a larger space
2) Accessibility to the city, either a direct bus to the financial district or close to an MRT
3) Facilities are not important
4) My budget would be around 1mil, with a cap of 1.3mil.
