Dear sir/madam, I do not quite understand the limitation you have in purchasing a unit when you are selling your place. Are you worried about not being able to sell your unit after you have purchase?     I need to use the money that I get from selling the current flat to pay for the next flat. The current market is bad and I am not even sure if my current unit can be sold at valuation and this would affect my next purchase.
