I am looking to buy a 3 room HDB in city area, prefer Chinatown area + and -2km vincinity to get additional grant. However, I have low cash, so willingly to pay higher valuation.

Afternoon James,

To purchase a unit in Chinatown area, the minimum COV is around $40k onwards. We cannot adjust the valuation as it's prepared by HDB's Board of Valuers.
