I am looking the EC above 5 years because I am not eligible to apply Hdb, can anyone recommend the EC at any location? Budget is below $ 700 or any condo within the budget.

Hi Mdm. Lew,

I'm afraid there isn't any resale EC at below $700K. Lowest price is also between $800K to $900K, in area Woodlands, Bukit Panjang and Yishun.
