The last DBSS on sale is Pasir Ris One. Government won't be releasing land for DBSS until further notice. On EC, new launches will be coming up.

Alternatively, you may go for DBSS or EC which already launched and there are still balance units left. Drop me an email and I can send you more DBSS or EC balance units or future launches. After receiving my info, we can always meet at showflat and I can show you around. No obligation.

Hi,

Latest EC launched is One Canberra in Yishun area and Watercolour in Pasir Ris Area.

There are few more upcoming..like Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang, Tampines & Woodlands.

I would suggest if its within your ability, go for an EC instead of DBSS. Anyway, government has put all DBSS project on hold now.
