Hi Justin,

I'm the Resident Agent at Clover By The Park. To be very frank, it is impossble that any owner would let go the 4-BRs, 1765 sq. ft. at $850psf.

Developer Sim Lian has only recently increased their prices for the same size 1765 sq. ft., to average $950psf. With the recent news that Capitaland won the land beside Junction 8/Bishan MRT with breakeven price of $1300psf, no owners at Clover would sell below $1000psf now.

If you can up your budget to $975psf, I might able to get you a 4-BRs, direct Bishan park facing. Only one unit I have currently at this low price. Have to act fast if you are keen.
