If you're looking for condos with good rental yield. It has to be developments located near MRT or best, many amenities.
Getting a studio units at the prime districts (01-11,15-16) are usually the investors choice because the quantum is much lower as compared to the bigger units and the demand for studios are much higher.
Developments at district 08 are slowly picking itself up as a good alternative if you find that the high-end side is getting too costly.
