I am looking for condo at The centris, have a balcony + pool view at least 3 bedroom. Do you think is a good investment there, thx look forward to hear soon

Morning Rose,

Centris rose from the initial launch of $700k plus to today of $1.5mil. It's located near the MRT and shopping mall, not to mention the surround amenities.
Facing the pool, plus a balcony, can provide good living environment. Be it for self-stay or investment, it should be able to have good value within the next 5 to 7 years.

This is my personal opinion and hope it will help you decide in some aspect.
