I am looking for an unit at Bishan Point. Preferrably a 3 bedrm. And at the same time i would like to sell my HDB.
How do i go about doing it?

You are the customer that all agents are eyeing on. Me too. :)

Practically, view your dream unit, have a feel of the price you need pay. Also estimate your current unit value. You will have a clear financial plan by then. You could do a contra for the buying and selling the HDB houses.
