I am looking for an independent valuer to value my residential property (condo). This is to ascertain a fair market price for title transfer among existing owners.

kindly let me know where i can appoint such independent valuer and what is the estimate cost for such service.

alternatively, is there a alternative method of determining the fair value of the property for such intent.
