I am looking for a resale 1br condo for temporary stay, with budget around 730k, and plan to rent it out after getting married and move to my fiancé’s place. I applied filter in propertyguru and surprisingly found quite a few freehold units within the budget. Just would like to know is there any shortcoming of resale 1br condo? Is it hard to exit? Is it advisable to buy a resale 1br condo for investment? Thank you.

Based on your budget, you can easily purchase a 2bed condo as it sounds more like an investment that you are planning. @beds are easier to rent and sell as well.
