I am marketing one unit with good rental yield. The MeraPrime, just beside Tiong Bahru MRT/Shopping Centre, very excellent location. This is a 3 BRMs, 1098 sq. ft, only 2 yrs old property. Asking is $1.3M neg.

Hi Liz Chew,

Currently I have one unit at Compass Height. It is only LH but certainly it gives good and high rental yield. Asking is $720K and rental yield is 6.2%.

This unit will be selling with tenancy (corporate tenancy so you need not worry) and selling with furnishing. Moreover, Compass Height is at MRT/Shopping Mall, a good investment to consider.
