I am looking for a ground flr unit condo with at least 3 room and a big patio. What is the price different compare to the higher level? Should i be looking at least 100psf below? Can someone advise? I like district 20.

I have a ground floor unit at Loyang Valley(D18)..1981sq ft,3+1maidsroom,huge patio,nicely renovated,no noon sun,tenanted til Aug 2011 to expats family...asking $530psf only..Kindly contact me if you are keen..Thanks
