I am looking for a condo for my family,If i bought a condo for $600K and i am using my CPF for around $320K and the rest for loan.Must I still have to fork out cash.

2. You can used CPF up to 95% of your purchase price inclusive of Stamp Duties ($12600).
3. Cash portion will be 5% ($30000) of your purchase price and Legal Conveyancing Fees (about $3K, bank may subsidise part of this fees, check with your banker).
