I am looking for a agent to rent out my room.
I have a house at Sengkang and I decide rent out a room.
May I know what is the procedure?
How many person per room and how much is the rental fee per person?

Hi Mr. Alfred,

The rent procedures work this way:
(1) Advertise
(2) Filter & screen tenants
(3) Sign TA

The other way is to engage an agent and let him/her handle everything, by giving him/her the type of tenant you wished to have.

There are no specific limit on number of person per room, however, HDB has a rule on number of residents in a HDB flat:
3-rm: 6 persons (rent out 1 room)
4/5-rm & more: 9 persons (rent out 2 rooms)

It is difficult to determine the rental rate without knowing the exact location.
