i am looking for a 5 room flat in tampines but i have 2 criteria. it must be walking distance (say 5 mins walk maximum) to the mrt station. the 2nd but less important criteria is that i wish to purchase a 5 room flat that is the type with 4 bedrooms and not that type with 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. i am not sure if such flats exists in tampines for my 2nd criteria so that is less important. i am not sure how to start looking?
