I am looking for a 4 or 5 bedroom resale HDB in the west area preferably closer to Teban Garden where my parents stay.

Criterias
1) At least 115 sq.m
2) Estate is no more than 10 years
3) Near to MRT
4) Price not more than 750K

Please text me if you know of any units as described above.

Hi Isaac, there are limited HDB resale that can match your requirements of less than 10 years.

The only cluster near Teban Gardens will be in Tah Ching Road. There are also limited units for sale in that area, and it's also not near to MRT station.

If you're keen to look at HDB resale flats of less than 20 years, and also 3 minutes walk to MRT, do let me know. I have a few units to propose to you.
