I am looking for a 3 bedrooms condo apartment in west coast area (prefer "Monterey Park" and "Botannia"). My budget is around 1.15mil +/- 2mil. I am serious buyer, if you get any apartment, please feel free to contact with me.

if you have above 2 choices.. botannia is better.. choose those blocks on the right hand side..blk 31 +..
if you want to have balcony.. 8th floor to 11th floor will be good..
if you want pool scene.. look at those below 5th floor..

    Million thanks for the reply. All the information is very helpful for me to make decision. I would like to have a Balcony. I think all the units in Monterey have Balcony.
