Hi LB,

Basically most 2 bedrooms units that are selling in the market are asking for $1300 PSF +/- which is not even close to your budget. Only 2 units that are selling at close to $1000PSF.

I am not certain when the price will drop to your expectations but I will definitely wont say it wont happen. Nevertheless you can drop me your contact if I manage to find the ideal unit that fits your bill, I will inform you.

The units for sale there are going for $1300psf and above.
