Hi there!

You may wish to consider Treasures@G6 which will TOP next year or Santorini at Tampines which however, will only TOP later than 2016.

I have a client who has a budget of $600K looking at Treasures @ G6 as well. Units there are being sold relatively quickly and there are only 4 units left that is below $600K. The cheapest unit available is asking $576,133.
