I am keen on one of these 3 new projects, Leedon Green, Royalgreen and Juniper Hill. 2br + 1or 2 bath is ok.
Not interested in (Wilshere residence, 4th Ave residence, hyl holland, Forett at BT...).
I want to know which of these 3 is better.
I intend to stay in it for the next 5-10 yrs upon TOP. Afterwhich having the option to sell it with capital protection and appreciation.
