I am keen on a unit here. Just wandering if any tenant at his developer can advise on noise level of airplanes given it is so close to the airport. Thks.

Hi JKC,
I have clients who simply loves projects located in Flora Rd area, known to be noisy due to its proximity to the airport, saying that they are not affected by the noise at all.
I have clients who stays in Sengkang and Punggol area, known to have fighter jets flying overhead or nearby causing great disturbance to the neighbourhood in my opinion but they are perfectly fine with this as they claim it is not everyone who can have the fighter jet view everyday and their kids love it.
I also have clients who are living "beside" the MRT tracks loving their place.
It really very much depends on individuals on their tolerance level for noise. As far as I believe, one will get use to the surroundings definitely.

the place is quiet, especially the 2 blocks facing riviera drive. Seldom you will hear any sound of airplanes although its only minutes to airport.
