I am just curious as to why a two bedder at The Jade can have sellers asking for more than $1 million while a nearby 2 bedder at Regent Heights is going for 800k plus or less? Would you say Regent Heights offers much better value as it has a much bigger land and it is walking distance to bukit batok mrt and central and it has more facilities compared to the jade? The physical distance from regent heights to the central really isn't far coz i live near regent heights and know the distance well. What are your views about investing in the jade, regent heights or any condo in the area?

Afternoon Mike,

The Jade is slightly younger by 5 years and is located just next to Bukit Batok MRT station and West Mall. It's 2 bedroom ranges from 93sqm to 108sqm. The market is mostly driven by supply and demand and almost any project that is located near to MRT station and mall have better appreciation value. Any project that located near to temple will easily have their pricing affected.
