Had you gone down to the Waterfront Gallery to look at the project model? Waterfront Isle is the last of the Waterfront collection and offered very nice landscaping and view of the reservoir. FEO is having a short term promotion, furniture vouchers for their projects. It can be seen as indirect discount which will bring the price to attractive level.

You are right that there may be a traffic issue when all the project are ready. However, traffic jam is not un-common, especially when you wanted other conveniences ir near MRT station, school - these places would be crowd as cars will be around to pick up people ie school children. So, it is a trade off.

As for over-supply, there is a chance that it may happen. However, if the economy continues to do well, the market will able to absord the supply with units being offered for rental, new citizen or foreign buyers to invest.

The key concern would be the price to pay for and the ROI. There are still good projects with attractive pricing that you may select. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance to soruce for that ideal unit.
