I am interested in buying ground floor unit of this 2 blocks (Blk & 624 & 625) as it can access to the back door. My reason to purchase the ground floor unit as I am taking care of my elderly parents, aged 81 & 88. If any interested owner would like to consider selling their units, pls give me a cal.
