I am interested in buying a ground floor unit of an apartment or condo.
Price range below 1M. Are there many to chose from?

(Also what normally are the monthly service charges etc?)

The area or district has not been decided, however, i am now looking at D27 and have shortlisted some properties.

The search will be expanded to other districts but i am exhuasting the searches based on what is available as ground floor units are not easy to come by
