I am interested in buying a condo for investment purpose (budget 800000). Could you advise on pros/cons of the following.

1. Resale v/s New construction
2. City area v/s outskirts

Any other tips for investment.

Greetings,

There's a lot of factors to consider when you're making an investment. Be it Resale/New construction.
Most people believe that new constructions and launches are the best time to park your fundings and wait for a possible appreciation in the near future but there are times where this plan goes horribly wrong.

In a good investment, it's all about the right timing, right place and right planning.
