I am interested in a 1141sqf unit. However, the asking price is $780K range and my budget is only $720K due to the valuation reference in this website is ~$670K. I am willing to increase my budget to $780K (since everyone asking for $760K to $900K range) to be able to get the unit. However, when i asked around in my company, all of them are against me doing this as they all claimed that it is not worth to get a L99 unit at buangkok location at this price. They advised me to wait further as the economy looked like will still remained bleak in Q309. Or use the $ to get other developments.
Can i check with you, should I increase my budget? Is it a worthwhile purchase? (I am not getting for investments, for home stay.)

i have a unit at rio vista, at the price that you might be interested in. 3bedroom as well..greenery and river view. 1249sq ft asking 700k only..do call me for a viewing before the unit is taken up.
