I am intending to buy a unit in Nuovo and hopefully some residents would sell me at a low price, looking at the current road layout of a 6 lane surface carraigeway with high volume, if it turns into a underground 6 lane (Below surface Semi-Tunnel) expressway, my thought is that the noise might be equal or reduced due to the road being 2.5 level underground with noise deflector. So i do not think that the impact is that great for Nuovo (Should be the same or quieter) . As a bonus, I might be entitled to the SLA land acquisition payout of 10-20k if I can find a cheap unit fast. Just my own opinion after observing the chin swee semi-tunnel.
