i am foreigner and would like buy condos in singapore by paying 10 to 20% and balance by mortgage or bank finance and what will be return to me on buy of S$800000 property

As a foreigner you would be able to get upto 70% loan and the bal 30 % will have to be in cash plus the stamp duty charges etc.
