Hi, actually 1 month is sufficient. There are a couple of my clients who bought a HDB unit within 1 month and have viewed at least close to 20 units within that time frame. Meanwhile, we could communicate via email while waiting for your arrival next mid year. Cheers!

Afternoon,

I have clients who flown into SG, had the POA assigned, viewed a couple of units and left within a week. It boils down on what are the requirement for your purchase.
I'm currently assisting my client to source for unit while they are in Shanghai. Once I have a suitable unit, I will update them accordingly and all the necessary paperwork will be done with given green light from my buyers.

Dear sir/madam,

As mentioned by my fellow professionals, 1 month is more than enough time to make the entire purchase process done. I have assisted my client sell their property and purchased another within a week period as they are based on Shanghai and immediate made arrangements to fly back to Singapore for their purchase once they have a firmed offer for the sale of their place.

I am unsure how you interpret the whole process of purchasing but I suppose the most time consuming portion of the home purchasing process is the arrangements of viewings and viewings itself. If you are those who are unsure of what you are looking for exactly, perhaps this shortlisting process will take a longer than usual time. On the other hand if you have already figured out what your requirements are and convey these requirements to the salesperson, we can shortlist the units more effectively for you and cut short a lot of unnecessary time wasted in the shortlisting of units.
