Hi,

1) By right this is not allowed because she is not your immediate family.
2) And in order to fulfill the joint-single scheme, both parties must be at least 35 yrs old.
3) So there are no schemes available at this moment for your situation.
4) I would suggest you write an appeal to the HDB for special approval for your case.

5) If this route did not go thru, you will have to approach your MP to appeal for you.
