I am currently staying in 5rm hdb more than 5yrs with some outstanding with hdb but after sale will get back $250k ++ .intending relocated,however I have not many cash on hand.what should I do ? How to go about it?

Evening,

Many relocators have similar issue as you did but they managed to move forward with correct planning. Getting to know what you are looking for, matching your financial status for the transaction and working closely with the plan will bring you through with little or zero hassle.

Cash on hand will make things easy for your relocation plans but insufficient of cash may still realise your plans given proper planning as well as paying attention to the timeline.
