I am currently staying in 5rm flat in Bukit Merah. Planning to sell now and buy a condo probably in 3rd/4th qtr. Is it a good idea. Of course will rent a home for few months. Can i get a condo at a price range of $400/500. Please advise.

Hi Serious Seller/Buyer,

Is good time to sell your HDB now, especially is 5-RM, else prices might fall end of year. Cash out and buy condo at low. No problem to get a rental unit until you have found your dream home.
