I am currently selling my hdb flat and buying another resale flat. I intend to utilise the refunded cpf funds from the sale of my existing flat to fully pay for my next flat. I can't use the contra facility as i not eligible for another hdb concessionary loan. How can i proceed to do it in this situation?

You do not need to do contra if you wish to reuse the refunded CPF from your current place. We just need to time the sale and purchase back to back for it to be possible. I have helped many of my clients to structure the timeline in this manner.

Hi,

You dont need contra facility to be fully utilise your current CPF from your current home for your next purchase.But proper timeline and arrangements need to be in placed in order for a smooth transition over, otherwise you will be 'homeless' for the transition period.
