I am currently owning an EC for 12 years and thinking of selling the EC and buy a resales 4 room HDB in town. May I know am I eligible to buy
the resale HDB flat? Must I pay any resale levy after I sell my EC.

You are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit with bank loan. No resale levy is payable for your case.
