I am currently owning an EC for 12 years and thinking of selling the EC and buy a resales 4 room HDB in town. May I know am I eligible to buy
the resale HDB flat? Must I pay any resale levy after I sell my EC.

Morning Charles,

You are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit with bank loan. No resale levy is payable for your case.

Yes you are eligible to buy resale HDB flat. And you need not pay any resale levy.
